Cottages

• Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Rates Available.
• Rates are from mid April to end of October.
• Add 6% sales tax and 3% local tax to all rooms and cottages.
• Check-in time 3:00 PM, NO early arrivals.
• No check-in after 11:00 PM.
• Campsite rates are for a family of 4, extra family members are $5.00 per person.
• Room rates are for 2 persons per bedroom.

• One night rate per site, room or cottage.
• Deposit must be received 10 days after making reservations or reservation will not be held.
• No refunds for early departures or no shows due to inclement weather.
• A $10.00 fee for cancellations or transfers will be deducted from deposit.
• No credit cards accepted.
• 3 night reservations on major holidays.

• Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and their noise must be kept under control. Clean up after them and do not leave them unattended at your site. SORRY, NO PETS in any of our rented rooms or cottages.
• No firearms or fireworks.
• One camping unit or one tent per site.
• Day visitor fee $3.00. All guests must register upon arrival or you may pre-register them. Day visitor must leave by 11:00 PM.
• Bicycle riding during daylight hours only.
• No A.T.V., motorcycle or dirt bike riding in campground, except coming or going.
• The management reserves the right to evict anyone at anytime.
